Oksana Solovieva

Violinist. Researcher. Expert guidance.

Based in Barcelona, Oksana Solovieva brings together more than two decades of orchestral experience, advanced violin pedagogy and international artistic leadership.

Performance & education. A permanent member of the Gran Teatre del Liceu orchestra since 2003, she has collaborated with the London and Luxembourg Philharmonics and the Mariinsky Theatre. Trained with Zinaida Gilels, Joseph Silverstein and Nelli Shkolnikova, she earned her master’s degree at Indiana University and her doctorate at Universitat Rovira i Virgili in 2017. Her festival experience includes Tanglewood, Schleswig-Holstein, Pacific Music Festival and Verbier.

Pedagogy & research. Teaching experience at Liceu, ESMUC and the Conservatorio Superior de Música de Aragón; formal affiliation with UNIR as a thesis supervisor in Musical Pedagogy. Founder of ESTA España, translator of Yankelevich’s The Russian Violin School into Spanish and arranger of Granados and Albéniz.

International projects. President of Artists International Association and artistic director of BIYAC and Calafat Festival.

Today, that experience becomes independent guidance for violinists and families: clear priorities, informed decisions and a practical development plan.
