Technique in the service of music
Years of teaching at Liceu, ESMUC and CSMA, chamber-music coaching, youth-orchestra sectionals and orchestral excerpts. I connect physical understanding, the singing line and artistic independence with the needs of each musician.
Research with a practical purpose
My 2017 doctorate at Universitat Rovira i Virgili explores the benefits of a vocal approach in advanced violin teaching. My formal relationship with UNIR includes supervision of musical pedagogy work.
Sharing a pedagogical tradition
Founding member of ESTA España; organiser and moderator of pedagogical encounters. I initiated and coordinated the Spanish edition of Yuri Yankelevich’s pedagogical legacy and wrote its foreword.
